What we build for motorsports work
Intakes, ducting, aero and chassis components for race programs.
Start a projectRace programs come to us with a part that is too heavy, too slow to source, or simply doesn't exist yet. We pattern it from the car, the drawing or the broken original, build the tooling, and lay it up in carbon fiber or fiberglass so it bolts on and stays on.
The work in this program runs from intake ducts and airboxes to aero, closeout panels and chassis-mounted brackets. Most of it is one-off or a handful of sets, built to the same tooling so the spare matches the first.
If the rulebook limits material or the car limits space, say so up front. The layup, the core and the finish are chosen for the job, not pulled from a catalog.

What's possible
01
Intakes, airboxes and ducting
Molded carbon intake tubes, scoops and NACA ducts that route air where the engine or the brakes need it, with flanges and mounting tabs molded in.
02
Aero and bodywork
Splitters, diffusers, wings, end plates and closeout panels patterned from the car so the gaps close and the surfaces line up.
03
Chassis panels and brackets
Flat and formed structural panels, bulkheads and brackets in carbon with a foam or honeycomb core where stiffness matters more than thickness.
04
Seat and interior shells
Shells, dash panels and trim built light, trimmed to fit the cage and the hardware you already run.
05
Replacement of obsolete parts
A mold taken from the last good original, then as many copies as the program needs, in a better material than the factory used.
06
Repairs and reinforcement
Cracked panels and tired fiberglass rebuilt, bonded and reinforced so they go back on the car instead of in the bin.
