Who we are

The shop is new. The hands aren't.

Red Line Composites is a young carbon fiber shop. The people in it are not new to the work: we spent years laying up, trimming and fitting composite parts for race programs before we opened our own doors, and that is the experience every piece we build now draws on.

Motorsports is a hard school. Parts have to make weight, hold up to heat and vibration, bolt on without a fight, and be on the car before the next session. Working to that standard is how we learned to pattern from a real part, build tooling that lasts, and finish a piece so it looks as good as it fits.

We took that way of working and opened it up to anyone who needs a composite part done right: race teams, medical device builders, aerial programs, and people with a one-off problem and no catalog answer for it.

How we work

  • 01

    Hands on the part

Every piece is laid up by hand in our own shop. Nothing is sent out, so nothing is lost between the drawing and the bench.

  • 02

    Race-bred standards

Motorsports taught us that a part has to be light, stiff and on the car by the weekend. That is the bar for everything we build, whatever program it is for.

  • 03

    Tooling we keep

We build and keep the molds, so a second piece or a short run comes out the same as the first.

  • 04

    Straight answers

We tell you what a part will weigh, what it will cost to tool, and how long it will take before we start, and we say so if composites aren't the right answer.
